About Us The Real Learning Experience has built an impressive Australia-wide reputation for training which delivers higher skill levels, increased productivity and greater effectiveness. We train for excellence, not competency, working with clients who want to increase output or innovation, improve service levels, gain a competitive edge or manage organisational change. Developed in Australia for the Australian market, our programs have been refined and adapted over more than 15 years in response to client feedback and emerging training needs. Because of the results our programs deliver, many of our clients have been with us for at least a decade. Their training investments have been handsomely returned through improved performance, greater staff retention and employer of choice status. Why are we different to other training companies? We recognise that every organisation’s strategic objectives and needs are different, so we contextualise our training to suit each individual client.
