Can I become a great corporate trainer?
People who aim high in life, who want to train people for excellence and build a successful business.
You might currently be working as a successful sales person, in a middle management role, or returning to the work force. You’ll relate well with our market aged between 25 and 55 years.
You’ll be truly passionate about what you do and the way you embrace life. You’ll make positive life choices, and you’ll be fit and healthy with a good life balance. And you’ll have a huge enthusiasm for developing your training franchise. go backto top
What training do I receive?
You’ll receive four weeks full time training with Simon before you launch your franchise, learning the secrets of great training delivery along with the proven marketing techniques we’ve developed over many years.
You’ll attend live programs, learn about delivery, then study, prepare and deliver course segments, and plan your own actual courses. You’ll also learn how to turn best practice materials into great training by making them relevant to each individual client.
Of the 150 programs developed by Simon, only the top selling programs – currently around 30 - are delivered by franchisees. Every program is supported by well designed and easy to user trainer materials, including step-by-step leader guides, professional overheads, handouts and specially developed training tools.
Your training doesn’t end here, as, co-delivery of sessions with Simon Thiessen, market visits and ongoing reviews of every training session will identify potential improvements in material and in training delivery. go backto top
What sort of training will I deliver?
We train organisations which aspire to excellence – and our passionate franchisees are the people who lead them there. Our training is not competency-based – it’s designed to help participants reach their full professional potential with lasting results.
Much of our training is valuable repeat business, because clients know that our program structure of dynamic activity, involvement, engagement and fun ensures that “people learn from doing”, which is far more powerful than simply listening.
You’ll deliver around 30 proven and popular programs in key performance areas including:
- Sales
- Leadership
- Teamwork
- Organisational Effectiveness & Culture Change
- Personal Effectiveness
- Customer Service
- Plus conference workshops and plenary sessions go backto top
